Log in to your account on MultiPalace, open My Account, then go to Orders. Open the order to see the latest status, delivery details, and any available tracking information.

Choose Returns & refunds in this support form, add your order ID, and explain the issue clearly. Our support team will review the request and reply with the next step.

After a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the payment method or bank. You can use the ticket ID from your request to track the refund status here.

Create a seller account on MultiPalace, complete your store profile, add your products or services, and submit everything needed for review before going live.

Seller payouts are handled from the seller dashboard based on the marketplace payout rules. For payout issues, choose Payouts & payments and include your store name.
