  • Log in to your account on MultiPalace, open My Account, then go to Orders. Open the order to see the latest status, delivery details, and any available tracking information.
  • Choose Returns & refunds in this support form, add your order ID, and explain the issue clearly. Our support team will review the request and reply with the next step.
  • After a refund is approved, processing time can depend on the payment method or bank. You can use the ticket ID from your request to track the refund status here.
  • Create a seller account on MultiPalace, complete your store profile, add your products or services, and submit everything needed for review before going live.
  • Seller payouts are handled from the seller dashboard based on the marketplace payout rules. For payout issues, choose Payouts & payments and include your store name.
